There is one significant fact combining Sridaiva and Anusara: Both techniques are alignment based. In both styles we have a very elaborated idea of what we do with and within the body by practicing asanas. Both are intelligent methods that understand the various mechanisms of the function of the body and finally of the body-mind-complex. They are searching for ways how to energize the body and how to stabilize the asana within a healthy alignment. Both have their roots in the philosophical search for an ideal blueprint, the first, fundamental form of being.
Let us think about community first, then about differences (within it).
